Over the years, I’ve learned that self-improvement isn’t so much about making massive, earth-shattering changes to your life. Instead, it’s more of the daily tiny efforts that’ll eventually create remarkable results over time.

Engaging in these practices have done one or more of these three things:

  • It greatly expanded my perspective,
  • Fundamentally changed me from within or
  • deliberately improved my knowledge.

As a recovering smoker and alcoholic, I’ll first say these habits did not come easy.

But the more I pushed through, the stronger I got.

Today, I’m moving the little pieces of who I am from certain places that accept those pieces in more authentic ways.

I can’t say I’m sh*ting rainbows every day, but my life took a turn for the better.

And as Leonardo DiCaprio observed, “Every next level of your life will demand a different you.”
