In his bestselling book, The Miracle Morning, Hal Elrod unravels his morning routine in under 6 minutes for those in a hurry. He believes it's possible to be effective under six minutes, so today we’ll be putting his theory into practice. But first, consider the power of intention and setting a sense for how you want your energy to use each day. The following 6-minute morning routine is well-intentioned to guide you in doing just that. So, without delays, please enjoy.

Minute 1Wake up to a peaceful morning. Begin with a light stretch. Then spend the first minute sitting quietly, in purposeful Silence. This could mean, listening to a guided meditation, a prayer, or simply contemplating the day ahead. (For 1 minutes)

Whichever exercises you’re most comfortable with, just do it.

Your mind and body will thank you.

Six minutes a day might be all it takes to reprogram your mind with new beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors that are essential for creating and sustaining a…
