Being Free is your Birthright
Becoming lighter is the only way to fly.
To really take off in life, you’ve got to lighten up and let go. Letting go of everything that no longer serve you.
Ryan Holiday, an author, once said that a Stoic is someone who looks fate in the eye and says, “Nope, not today.”
They resist.
They fight.
They stay true to what’s right, especially when things get tough.
The Roman philosopher Seneca also reminds us that, “If they can force you, then you’ve forgotten how to die.”
In other words, true freedom comes from tapping into your inner strength; that’s what really sets you free.

It’s not about looks, money, or fame, this is something much deeper.
As Zukav explains, “Authentic power is when your personality comes to serve the energy of your soul.”
In other words, it’s when who you really are matches your true self.
“No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” Says the first lady, Eleanor Roosevelt. So basically, you get to control how you feel.
