All man’s miseries derive from not being able to sit quietly in a room alone.” ― BLAISE PASCAL (1623–1662)

Blaise Pascal, a famous French mathematician, physicist, and religious philosopher who lived twenty-two centuries after Pythagoras. He is responsible for inventing the syringe, the hydraulic press, and the first calculator.

Pascal’s law of pressure is still taught in science classes around the world today, and he’s considered one of the original scientific minds.
