In a world filled with distractions, the ability to focus has become more valuable than ever.
Distractions are the biggest enemy of our focus.
The average American adult spends on an average day, 5 hours watching TV or staring at smart-screens.
The more addictive we are, the further depressed and unhappy we feel.
So, what do we do about this?
Here’s some ideas on things you can start doing right now to get the ball rolling.
1. Start the day with the end in mind
This could mean writing in a journal first thing upon waking, or simply taking 5 to 15 minutes to pray or meditate.
